Environmental Consultants and Contractors (ECC) was incorporated in 1984 to provide professional quality environmental consulting services. Over the past twenty years, ECC has grown annually in professional personnel and project volume based upon our high standard of client service and a commitment to excellence in management and products. ECC provides environmental consulting, management, site assessments, remediation design and implementation, and field services to a wide variety of clients. Our personnel are committed to providing prompt and professional environmental services. We pride ourselves on the increasing number of private, corporate, public utility, and government clients who exclusively use ECC's services to solve their complex environmental and regulatory concerns. ECC has completed thousands of petroleum and industrial solvents contamination projects, with oversight from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Virginia Department of Environmental Quality (VDEQ), Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE), and D.C. Environmental Health Administration (DCEHA). ECC has submitted more reports, and is involved with more active petroleum contamination cases, than any other consultant in the VDEQ's Northern Region. Additional services provided by ECC include construction management and oversight, demolition and redevelopment services, and industrial hygiene services, including surveys, remediation, and regulatory reporting of lead in paint, lead in water, asbestos-containing building materials, naturally-occurring asbestos, radon, and PCBs.
